Description:

Ingredients:
500 g pure honey
1/4 liter water
3/8 liter alcohol		 Directions:
Dissolve honey in hot water. The water should not be hotter than 45 degrees celsius. Let the mixture cool down, then add spirit of wine (alcohol).


You may exchange the spirit of wine with spirits like whisky, brandy or a similar strong liquor, to get a lighter liquor.

Mambabajamba
Punches - peach schnapps
Description:
A delicious recipe for Mambabajamba, with peach schnapps, Malibu® coconut rum, Rainier® lager and pineapple juice. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients:
1 fifth peach schnapps
1 pint Malibu® coconut rum
12 cans (12 oz each) Rainier® lager
1/2 gal concentrated pineapple juice
Directions:
Pour the peach schnapps and Malibu coconut rum into a large punch bowl or bucket. Pour the pineapple juice in, then pour in all the beer. Try using ice if desired, maybe some pieces of pineapple. Serve to guests in punch cups or tall glasses.
